Worst ever, charged you for it, then forgot to do it, then or sorry we are out...

Forgot to make my drink, though I repeated it three times to three different people. Didn't know how to ring up a peppermint mocha. Kind of sad to watch the miscommunication along workers here.

If you stop by this location you will be disappointed, if they even open.

Only go here if you an extra 20 minutes. I am not impressed with the baristas expertise.

I would give it NO stars if I could. I travel through CVG once to twice a week. The service is very slow and they NEVER open on time. Example: This morning two ladies (one aferican American and one Asian lady) were in working (if you call it that) at 4:15am. I asked through the gate, are you opening at 4:30 this morning the Asian lady said yes, the African American lady said if your lucky. My flight boards at 4:55am I should have enough time (only have to go to gate A8), So I stood there waiting. 4:43am and still not open, I asked again when do you think you'll open? The response was discussing "when we want to" I have been in retail for over 30 years a retail executive for half that. If I thought one of my managers was opening their store "when they felt like it" or treating our customers that way I would be sourcing new talent to run that store. Starbucks is this acceptable behavior to you? Is it because we're in an airport? Does our business not matter to you? You aren't the only game in town or in the airport should I start spending my $10- $20 a day somewhere else?

I'm back and Very disappointed with this starbucks in CVG airport again today. At 5:45am the same lady in my earlier complaint was working ALONE. When I say ALONE I mean the line is wrapped through the terminal and she is ringing, heating food, and making drinks ALONE. Again Starbucks do you not get that as a business traveler fast and friendly checkout is very important. PLEASE don't send me a gift card, don't offer me a discount, and don't send me a letter of empty promises that you will pass this along to the district manager. JUST FIX THIS ISSUE!
